Farmers and ranchers nationwide are invited to Anaheim, California, from January 9 to 14 for the 2026 American Farm Bureau Convention. This flagship event encourages participants to imagine, grow, and lead together through education, innovation, and collaboration.
The convention will feature interactive workshops exploring top agricultural challenges, policy updates, consumer engagement, and strategies for growth. Special sessions will focus on the mental health of farmers, economic trends, and new opportunities for young and beginning producers.
The Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee will host its annual meeting on January 10, featuring Coach Kiah’s keynote on empowerment and the International Year of the Woman Farmer. The Promotion and Engagement Committee’s CCI training will help members strengthen public communication and storytelling skills. Social media advocate Jon Dinsmore, the “Greenscreen Farmer,” will share his journey of online agricultural engagement.
Attendees can enjoy the Trade Show’s Ag Insights Hub, showcasing new technologies and problem-solving tools. Highlights include the Final Four of the Ag Innovation Challenge and grassroots projects at the County Activities of Excellence booths.
Local tours will highlight California’s rich agriculture and culture, while the general sessions will honour agricultural leaders, veterans, and the Farm Dog of the Year. Tim Tebow will close the event with an inspirational keynote. A special Empowering Young Leaders Reception will recognize emerging voices in agriculture.
