North Dakota Soybean Growers Association Elects New Officers to Advance Soybean Industry


The North Dakota Soybean Growers Association recently held a board of directors meeting to elect officers who will be critical in advancing the interests of the state's soybean producers. The association aspires to improve the long-term profitability of its members and the whole soybean industry by focusing on legislative operations both at the state Capitol in Bismarck and in Washington, D.C. Here are the most recent election developments:

Re-elected Officers

Kasey Bitz of LaMoure retains the position of President, bringing his experience and leadership to guide the association's strategic initiatives.

Spencer Endrud of Buxton continues his role as Treasurer, ensuring effective financial management to support the association's endeavors.

Newly Elected Officers

Chris McDonald of Leonard assumes the role of Vice President, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the association's decision-making processes.

Josh Stutrud of Barton takes on the position of Secretary, providing organizational expertise to facilitate smooth operations.

Continuing Representation

Monte Peterson of Valley City, Josh Gackle of Kulm, and Justin Sherlock of Dazey will continue serving as the American Soybean Association representatives. They will advocate for North Dakota soybean producers, ensuring their voices are heard in national farm policy discussions.

Young Leader Representation

Stephanie Cook of Davenport represents Corteva Agriscience as the Young Leader on the board of directors. Her involvement brings a dynamic perspective to the association's strategic planning and initiatives.

The North Dakota Soybean Growers Association, a member-driven organisation, is one of the American Soybean Association's more than 25 affiliates. The group, with committed officers, supports and promotes the interests of North Dakota soybean growers, aiming for long-term growth and success in the state's soybean business.
