The Richland County 4-H is hosting a free NDSU Campus Trip on March 8, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. CST. This event allows youth to explore career opportunities in agriculture and related sciences. It is open to all young participants and aims to introduce them to various academic and professional pathways at North Dakota State University.
The campus tour will highlight key programs in agriculture, particularly focusing on livestock and crop sciences. This year, the tours will feature rabbits in the livestock section and wheat in the agronomy section. Students will have the chance to engage with faculty, ask questions, and gain hands-on experience.
After the campus tour, participants will head to Skate City for a fun-filled session, including skating and a hot dog and chip lunch. The event is designed to provide both educational exposure and recreational enjoyment, making learning more engaging for students.
