As fall quickly transitions to winter, North Dakota State University (NDSU) Extension is preparing to launch the 2025–2026 season of the “Getting It Right” Crop Production Webinars, a trusted resource for producers, advisers, and agribusiness professionals.
This popular virtual series kicks off in December with sessions focused on soybean and corn production. Additional webinars covering sunflower, dry bean, and canola are scheduled for January, February, and March 2026. Each session provides valuable updates on crop management practices, market outlooks, and current trends shaping agriculture in the region
Participants can register online in advance and will receive convenient reminders one week, one day, and one hour before each session begins. For those unable to attend live, recordings will be made available for later viewing, allowing attendees to learn at their own pace.
Each “Getting It Right” webinar features presentations from NDSU Extension specialists and industry experts who discuss topics such as soil fertility, pest management, weed control, and market dynamics. Sessions also include commodity updates from sponsors and in-depth production information tailored to regional conditions.
Additionally, Certified Crop Advisers (CCAs) can earn continuing education credits, making participation beneficial for professional development as well.
With reliable insights and accessible learning formats, NDSU’s Getting It Right series continues to help farmers improve productivity, strengthen decision-making, and adapt to changing market and environmental conditions. Registration is now open for all December sessions.
