According to Matt Gast, United Soybean Board Communication and Education Chair, these facilities represent a significant opportunity for American soybeans."It's about adding value to our soybeans," Gast remarked, highlighting the importance of these new options for enhancing the worth of American-produced soybeans.
The initiative is not just about expanding facilities but also about exploring innovative ways to utilize the excess meal produced. The goal is to maintain and potentially increase the value of U.S. soybeans.
Gast expressed enthusiasm for the opportunities these facilities will create, stating, "We're exploring ways to use that extra meal and keep our soybean value as high as possible."
