North Dakota State University (NDSU) Extension and the NDSU Department of Plant Pathology has set the 2024 Crop Pest Identification and Management School (formerly Eastern Crop and Pest Management School) for Feb. 27 and 28 at the Fargodome in Fargo, North Dakota.
The school is geared towards first- and second-year crop scouts and will cover multiple topics including disease identification, insect identification and herbicide symptomology in wheat, barley, corn, soybeans, dry beans, canola and sunflower.
Each topic will feature an interactive session that includes traditional instruction accompanied by a hands-on identification and learning opportunity.
