Celebrate local at pride of Dakota Day

Celebrate local at pride of Dakota Day

By Scout Nelson

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable experience at the North Dakota State Fair on Monday, July 22, 2024! The day is dedicated to celebrating the best of local agriculture and craftsmanship through the Pride of Dakota Day, starting at 11:00 am and wrapping up after lunch.

For just $1, attendees can enjoy a hearty lunch comprising Cloverdale hot dogs, Prairie Farms milk, Pan-O-Gold hot dog buns, and Northland Potato chips—all under the Festival Tent.

This special event, aimed at highlighting the quality and diversity of North Dakota's agricultural products, is proudly sponsored by the ND Department of Agriculture and KMOT-TV.

It's not just about the food; it’s an opportunity to support the future of agriculture by contributing to the FFA Foundation, with all proceeds from the lunch being donated to this worthy cause.

But that's not all! The first 500 guests to join the lunch festivities will be rewarded with a $10 Pride of Dakota Bucks Coupon. This coupon can be used towards any purchase from participating Pride of Dakota vendors at the fair, offering an excellent chance to explore and support local producers.

Don't miss out on this unique blend of culinary delights and community spirit. It's a chance to taste the richness of North Dakota's agriculture, support upcoming agriculturalists, and get a little something extra for your support.
