The North Dakota Department of Agriculture announces the 2026 Pride of Dakota Showcase schedule along with a new Pride of Dakota Marketplace at the North Dakota State Fair. The events continue to support local businesses and promote products made or produced in North Dakota.
“We are pleased to offer events around the state again this year,” Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring said. “Last year our showcases were attended by more than 47,000 people and supported hundreds of local businesses. It was our second highest attendance record.”
The Pride of Dakota Showcases takes place in several North Dakota communities throughout the fall and early winter. The Dickinson Showcase is scheduled for September 11 and 12 at the West River Ice Center. The Minot Showcase follows on October 23 and 24 at the State Fair Center Magic Place.
Holiday Showcases are planned in Grand Forks on November 13 and 14 at the Alerus Center, Fargo on November 20 and 21 at Scheels Arena, and Bismarck on December 4 and 5 at the Event Center. Each showcase offers shoppers a chance to meet local vendors and purchase North Dakota made products.
In addition to the showcases, a new Pride of Dakota Marketplace is scheduled during the North Dakota State Fair. The marketplace operates daily from July 17 through July 25 at the State Fair Center. More information about this event is released closer to the fair.
“North Dakotans are very supportive of products made, manufactured, processed or produced in the state,” Goehring said. “I encourage people to continue to support our state’s local businesses, not only during showcase season, but year-round.”
Many retailers across North Dakota also carry Pride of Dakota products year-round. A full list of participating retailers is available on the Pride of Dakota website.
The Pride of Dakota program is managed by the Business Marketing and Information Division of the North Dakota Department of Agriculture. The program provides marketing support, education, and promotional opportunities for more than 500 member companies. Through events, demonstrations and trade shows, Pride of Dakota continues to strengthen local businesses and connect consumers with North Dakota products.
