Clean Water Fund Loan Awarded to Arthur

The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program awarded a $204,000 loan to the City of Arthur. This loan will help the city replace two blocks of storm sewer that recently failed.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency provides part of the funding for the CWSRF Program, which offers below-market interest rate loans to political subdivisions for financing projects authorized under the Clean Water Act. CWSRF programs operate
nationwide to provide the funding necessary to maintain and improve the infrastructure that protects our vital water resources.
