Hunger Free North Dakota Garden Project/Harvest Event

Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring has scheduled a news conference for 9:15 a.m.,Aug. 21 at Lincoln-Oakes Nurseries, 3310 University Drive, Bismarck.
Goehring will discuss the need for food assistance in North Dakota, announce details of the 2017 Hunger Free North Dakota Garden Project and present a sweet corn plot that will be in the process of being harvested by hand and donated to the project.
Also speaking will be representatives from Lincoln-Oakes Nurseries and the Great Plains Food Bank.
